FUNCTIONAL ATHLETES COMMONLY FACE SUCH ISSUES

Olympic weightlifting program mistakes compilation

FUNCTIONAL ATHLETES COMMONLY FACE SUCH ISSUES

  • Frequent Misses: fail the lift when the weight gets heavy.
  • Lack of Mobility: сan’t properly receive the bar, relying on strength over technique.
  • Unable to Squat Snatch: do Power Snatch even if it needed to do Full Squat Snatch.
  • Unstable Jerk and Overhead Positions: losing balance in overhead squats and missing jerks, push presses and thrusters.

Yes, focused work during 10 weeks on olympic lifts (with different loads, volume and intensity) will improve your overall technique. Also special mobility routines dedicated to this specific workout are added to each session, that will influence positively as well. But if you feel that you need more you can focus on technique with my Masterclasses and if you need to improve specific aspect of Mobility you can go for a one of mobility programs.

You need the following equipment for best result:

  • Barbell
  • Bumper Plates

Definitely worth taking! WL4FF 2.0 has some cool new features and improvements.
