About The Creator

My name is Oleksiy Torokhtiy and I’ve been involved with Olympic weightlifting for over 20 years.

To create this program, I used my personal experience and the vast experience of my colleague Zina Bondarenko.

As an experienced therapist, she knows how important each step is for a successful recovery process and has helped many famous athletes like Oleksandr Usyk.

This overhead mobility program is best suited for those with very mild to no (0-2) shoulder pain ANYTHING related to overhead shoulder mobility deficits.
