Excellent coaching feedback that is constructive and helps the athlete to reach the goal that’s in mind. I attended a seminar last summer. Only six month into the program and my training has improved significantly. I knew I needed a strong foundation and Torokthiy has provided what I needed. I've been in the torokhtiy club for around a year now, and since then I've come so far with weightlifting. Oleksiy and Sergii are great coaches - worth every penny!
I have joined the club about a year ago. All the programs I did were really good, well structured & helpful. My strength & technique improved. I find that too my grip strength got much better than it was before which is an advantage if you martial arts.
Customer service is very responsive & helpful too, if you not sure what program choose next they going to recommend one for your goals.
I decided to pursue Olympic WL full time. I had a plethora of choices in the internet, there was a lot to choose from. I have decided to join this club. Best investment ever!!. I felt the cues are catered to me and 100%. I have made friends from al over the world, ranging from upstate New York, the UK and I think Lativia, some are my instagram friends. This club provided me things to look forward to. Lifter PRing a lift going on a local competition, and even going on a national level. This program is the most attainable IMO
The club has allowed me to train the way I would like, while still getting feedback and the ability to progress. The programs are easy to follow and the coaches are great at meeting you at your level.
I had my doubts first, because I was unsure if I survive 5 times/week training, because I have had difficulties to recover. But this program surprised me: I’m training hard, but I’m not dead after every training session. Looking forward to see, what my next PR will be :)
I'm 40 with few years experience mostly training by myself. I used to do simple snatch, clean and jerk, pulls, and squats and usually had to rest few days after a traning session. I'm now in 3rd week of the program and feel progress and I'm not so tired during the rest day. Training sessions are interesting and hard enough for me. Trainig is also more efficient than my old one. Thanks man!, great product
Just go through week 2 and feel great. I combine mobility program and Athletic performance. It work perfectly
I started over. I added the training to my crossfit and olympic weightlifting planning. (No crossfit for now) Bit full. 4 days muscle gain, 2 days olympic weightlifting. Like the muscle gain program. Ended today week 2. Strict press is the hard one for me. I struggle with 4x12 reps at 25kg. Had to lower the last set to 20kg. I really want to get better at strict press and get more load.

I haven’t been doing much OLY for a year+ and wanted to get back into snatching, this program looked perfect. Focus on snatch but with some cleans sprinkled in. Very nice program with excellent demo videos. I’ll be repeating it at least once when I’ve done the first 5 weeks

Excellent program—well structured, easy to follow, and clearly written by someone who actually understands weightlifting. I’ve already noticed improvements in strength and technique. Highly recommend. Worth every dollar.
I am really enjoying training a masters focussed program - other programs have had too much volume and intensity and made recovery difficult. This program hits the spot for 4 days a week training that does not feel like punishment!!
This program is amazing. I would be super interested to get a 2.0 and much longer program. ALSO, an app for all your programs would be superb!

The workout percentages are too low to make progress. I feel like my movement is getting better but I did not progress my squat or my clean and jerk maxes. I also have a masters in kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning. I am not sure where these low percentages came from.

It’s important to clarify that the Pull & Squat Program is not designed to directly peak or improve Clean & Jerk maxes. Its primary goal is to build fundamental squatting strength and pulling capacity for intermediate athletes, creating a structural and strength base that supports future progress in the Olympic lifts rather than immediate competition results.
The prescribed percentages are not arbitrary. They are based on classic Olympic weightlifting training protocols, drawing from established methodologies and recommendations by Medvedev and Oleshko, where submaximal loading is intentionally used to improve movement quality, technical consistency, and long-term strength development.
At the same time, outcomes from any strength program depend not only on loading schemes but also on movement execution, recovery quality, and nutrition strategy. These factors play a critical role and must be considered when evaluating progress, especially when working at controlled intensities.

I purchased the program two weeks ago. I like the versatility the program has, and the how you can modify it to your needs, along with the videos on each exercise. I’m 56 and this is exactly the program to go with me into my golden years, staying strong and mobile.
