What if I don’t like the program?

You have a 7 days free trial to check the program. But even if you couldn’t understand during the 7 days, you are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can cancel anytime during the trial or the first 30 days.

Can I switch programs?

Imagine you are receiving 1 “point” monthly with a Torokhtiy Club membership, which you can use to choose any program from the list. If you purchase an annual plan, you get 12+2 “points” allowing you to select 3 programs immediately and then continue receiving 1 program per month for the rest of the year.

What happens after the trial?

If you love the program, your membership will automatically continue at the selected monthly or yearly rate.

Is it personal coaching?

No, but you will receive feedback on your videos in the chat if you will record and send it. It is not obligatory for a coach to check every one of your lifts, if it’s not necessary.

Will Oleksiy coach me personally?

Oleksiy Torokhtiy will be in chat and will give his feedback from time to time. But there will be other coaches too who will take a look at your training.

What app is used for a chat?

We use the Telegram App. Telegram is a secure messaging app that has a lot of features, like bots, group chats, large file sharing, voice and video messages, live streams and more.

Previously we've hosted 2 successful training courses in Telegram. We received great, positive feedback from participants and decided to continue this experience.

The best thing is that the share of our course completion was 88%. For comparison, the percentage of people who buy a gym membership and do not use it is from 10 to 40%. The completion rate of other fitness training programs is from 30 to 70%.

How to pay?

It’s a subscription model. You pay monthly or purchase an annual subscription with a discount.

Great Masterclass

Very good detail and accompanying videos, I would highly recommend starting the masterclass as it will improve your lifting, no matter what stage of training you're in, I had issues with learning the Snatch and also periodised programming and the steps necessary to full mastery, the program cleared that out for me and allowed me to focus on my lifting.

Concern About Advertisements in Paid Training Videos

I recently purchased your fitness training program, which includes access to video lessons on YouTube.
However, while watching the videos, I keep seeing advertisements appearing during playback.

Since this is a paid program, I believe the videos should be ad-free. It feels unreasonable to have ads interrupting the lessons that I’ve already paid for.

IT'S Good for learning OLYMPİC Weightlifting as a beginner, ı am a newbie,ı want to learn OLY LIFTS but there is so much ınformantion on the net,so all of them is confusing but this program is teachs how to learn oly lifts as a begginer, but there is some minus side of this program, training days are so less, ı wish training days would be more, rather than 3 days at least it would be 4 or 5 days better. I am an advanced athelte but newbie to oly lifts.

Front rack mobility

It is incredible the benefits of having for a couple of times per week half hour of this program. As an hybrid athlete I love to train strength but since four years I integrated the running (running about 40 minutes in 10k and 1:30 in 21k).Honestly, Athletic Performance and Front Rack mobility programs represent a paradigm shift for my training. I bought this programm because I do a crossfit and not everything in weightlifting part is explain well. My mobility is really bad, so I decided bought this programm and now, I am in a first part of this programm and I found some really good exercises for each mobility and lifts.
