All the elements discussed in this section will help you understand the basic starting positions with a barbell in front rack position, and the main differences between Clean and Snatch movements.
The second section of the book is dedicated to THE PULL & BARBELL ACCELERATION part of the Clean movement. Here, we study the methods of teaching the fundamental positions of the barbell movement from the platform. My unique method "Ricochet Effect" will allow you to practice specifically targeting the point of contact at the most explosive part of the 2nd Pull.

What makes my ebook unique?
The presentation of the material and schemes of training progressions are rooted in my practical work with several thousand amateur athletes and professionals from around the world. But this manual is more than a collection of just my own methodologies. In a nutshell, it is a quintessence of both my personal sports and coaching experience and the best practice guidelines of world-class weightlifting schools.
THE TRILOGY IS COMPLETE
THE TRILOGY IS COMPLETE
Snatch ✓ Clean ✓ Jerk.
The Jerk course is now live.
Built with the same proven approach that helped lifters master the Snatch and Clean.
I am very happy with the program. I started it with minimal training in weightlifting with power cleans a few years back. The clean cycle program helped me develop a far better understanding of the lift and my PR improved in the end. Looking forward to the other programs.

I enjoy the instruction and videos. This helps to make sure I'm doing the lifts correctly because a champion with proper form is demonstrating. Thank you?

Excellence!!!
Information provided is very useful and credible! Thanks, you guys are awesome!
After successfully winning the London Olympics in 2012, I decided to devote myself to coaching and share my experience with athletes who are interested in lifting heavy weights correctly and safely.
What is the minimum required equipment needed to complete the course?
PVC
15-20 kg weightlifting bar
2,5 kg - 25 kg weightlifting plates
Jump Box
Squat Rack - optional
Weightlifting Straps - optional
How long does it take to learn the Olympic Clean Technique?
The full Master Class duration is 21 training days.
What should I do, if I didn't learn a certain element during a planned amount of time?
If you see that you are not able to perform movement with good quality or that you need more time to practice, feel free to repeat practical lessons as much as needed.
Can I repeat MasterClass from time to time?
Yes, this is a good idea, to go away from big weights and to focus on tech details.
Will I benefit from MasterClass if I know Clean progression?
Yes, my MasterClass will still be useful as a corrective tool for any small mistakes you may have in your technique/approach.
The MasterClass is based on a sequence of precise steps (which makes it extremely useful for beginners) and apprehensible explanations of WHAT we are doing at any given moment, and WHAT we are doing it FOR (good for both beginners and experts). From my experience: in the first five or even ten years as a weightlifter, I used to do everything my coach told me to do, but didn’t have the habit of delving into the why’s. Today, however, I am sure that understanding of the WHAT and WHY allows one to achieve the desired quality results 20% faster.
How often should I do practical lessons?
I would recommend around 4 practical lessons per week (for example Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat). This is why the entire program takes about 3 weeks to compete.
How good will the Clean Masterclass make me?
In my seminars, I’ve seen athletes complete a full Clean after a full day of theory and practical lessons (approx. 10 hours). This Clean MasterClass is based on the progression I use in my seminars, but I modified it slightly for you to have a much deeper understanding of physical movements and theory. That is why it should take you approximately 3 weeks to complete the entire program.
I am a coach and I want to use it for my gym / my clients.
This program is for personal use only. But if you want to use it for your gym and/or clients you can reach out to us via email to agree a commercial usage of the program. It will give you even more benefits.
