  • Daily structure: You’ll receive a warm‑up, mobility routine, weightlifting session and accessory work. The focus rotates through snatch, clean & jerk and strength lifts to build a complete athlete. Your loads are based on your own numbers so you’re always working at appropriate intensities.

Program flexibility: The monthly point system lets you download any program in Torokhtiy’s library (from functional fitness to mobility) at no extra cost. This allows you to tailor your training while still following the club’s rhythm.

Tools and support: Telegram’s format means you can watch high‑definition videos, send voice notes and join live streams . There are also Q&A sessions, technique deep dives and occasional challenges to keep you engaged.

Sergii Putsov, Ph.D., is a former professional weightlifter and National team member, achieving multiple medals in the 94 kg weight category at national competitions. With a Master’s degree in “Olympic & Professional Sport Training” and a Sport Science Ph.D. from the International Olympic Academy, Greece, Sergii now leads as the Head of Sport Science. He specializes in designing training programs, writing insightful blog articles, providing live commentary at international weightlifting events, and conducting educational seminars worldwide alongside Olympic weightlifting expert Oleksiy Torokhtiy.
