  • 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM → Snatch Mastery: positions, technique, explosive lifts
  • 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM → Clean Development: efficiency, speed, power
  • 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM → Lunch Break
  • 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM → Jerk Excellence: stability, timing, lift control
  • 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM → PR Session: attempt new personal records under expert guidance

Who can attend the seminar?

The workshop is suitable for all levels - whether you’re just starting in Olympic weightlifting or looking to refine your technique, you’ll get hands-on guidance tailored to your needs.

What will I learn during the seminar?

You’ll focus on mastering the Snatch, Clean and Jerk techniques. The seminar covers positions, progressions, drills, and strategies to help you lift safely and efficiently.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No special equipment is required - just bring comfortable training clothes, your lifting shoes, and a positive attitude. Snacks and water are also recommended for energy throughout the day.

How many people are in each group?

We keep groups small to ensure personalized attention. This allows for direct coaching and feedback from Oleksiy throughout the seminar.

Will I get any certification or proof of participation?

Yes! At the end of the seminar, all participants receive a certificate of completion and a group photo to commemorate the experience.
