Who is this seminar for?

This seminar is ideal for competitive weightlifters, functional athletes, intermediate to advanced lifters, and coaches who want to improve technique, programming, and lifting efficiency. Beginners with some lifting experience can also benefit.

What will I learn in 4 hours?

You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of programming strategies, biomechanics of lifts, and solutions to common lifting mistakes. You’ll leave with practical takeaways you can apply immediately in training or coaching.

Will there be practical demonstrations?

Yes! Even though it’s a theory seminar, Oleksiy will demonstrate key concepts with real lifts so you can see principles in action.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring a notebook, pen, and any questions about your lifts. Comfortable clothes are recommended for occasional demonstrations or drills.

Can anyone attend or is it only for elite athletes?

All serious lifters are welcome. The seminar is designed to provide value regardless of level, though some prior lifting experience is recommended.

I’m new to weightlifting - is this seminar right for me?

Absolutely! The seminar is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters. Oleksiy breaks down every movement clearly and helps each athlete at their own pace.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, weightlifting shoes (if you have them), a water bottle, and your energy to learn and push yourself!

Will there be breaks during the day?

Yes! We have a scheduled lunch break and short rests between sessions to keep you fresh and focused.
